Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2
I’ve had IE7 Beta loaded for a few days now, and was initially impressed with the look and feel. But just today, I loaded this site into IE7 and was surprised at the way the site rendered. All three columns are center justified, creating a ragged left and right margin. It is coded and appears correctly in Firefox as aligned right text in the sidebars and justified text in the center content column.
I haven’t tested IE7 extensively, but find sites where columns shrink and images overrun columns it appears to occur on sites that are XHTML compliant. It appears that web developers will be required to code around IE quirks. The problem is made more serious if the quirks have changed or increased in number.
