A Big Thank You

As this blog is now underway, it’s time to send a big thank you to the developer of the template I use here and on some of my other blogs. The template was developed by Mike Little, and it come in 3 flavors.

One of the things that attracted me to Mike’s template, aside from obvious good looks, is that it is XHTML 1.1 compliant. This is becoming increasingly important for search engine optimization. I am trying to keep it that way by adding only content that is also compliant.

I have temporarily added a site counter which creates 7 errors, all in one line of code within the site counter. I am attempting to correct it. I assume that I will be required to enclose the counter javascript in XHTML tags. If modification fails, I will replace. (Mike, if you read this, please give me a hint)

Well, my thank you to Mike got sidetracked by discussion of XHTML. I just didn’t want anyone to think that the compliance failure was in any way Mike’s fault.

If you like this layout, visit Mike’s site “Mike Little’s Journalized“. Thanks Mike
